This was a rare find. Its not to much caffeine its the perfect amount to keep you going wothout the jitters. I use this 2 hours before work, to get me through the end of shift and a short workout after. Highly recommend this to anyone to give it a try.

Great snack to bring when I'm on the go or right before working out. It's the perfect amount of sweetness too, while at the same time reminds me of my favorite childhood snacks.
